New Associate Joins Lamb McErlane’s Municipal Law Department in West Chester

Lamb McErlane PC has named Melissa A. Rheinstadter as a new associate in its Municipal Law department. Rheinstadter will concentrate her practice in a wide variety of municipal, land use, and property tax matters, including advising townships, boroughs, school districts and municipal authorities. 

“We welcome Melissa to the firm and our expanding Municipal practice,” said Joel L. Frank, Chairman & Managing Partner of Lamb McErlane PC. “Her existing Municipal and Environmental background is noteworthy, especially for a younger attorney.”  

Rheinstadter earned her JD from Widener University School of Law and her BA from Franklin & Marshall College. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Her background includes an internship with the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Administration and Policy in Washington DC and a Legal Externship for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. Rheinstadter is based in the firm’s West Chester location.
