Rachel Lindeman, who grew up in western New York, near Buffalo, is a Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager at WSFS Bank.

“I currently manage a portfolio of real estate developers and assist in all their banking needs, from lending to deposits to personal banking,” she said. “What I enjoy most is the ability to help problem-solve with my clients with various business issues they are facing.”

Lindeman, who began working when she was 16 years old at Famous Footwear, earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y., and an MBA from West Chester University. She credits all of her mentors with having an impact on her career.

“I have been fortunate to have a few formal and informal mentors who have taken a chance and put me into positions that many wouldn’t have,” said Lindeman. “Those opportunities gave me the opportunity to learn and grow into the person I am today. These experiences also gave me the confidence to take new opportunities as they are presented.”

Lindeman described her proudest professional achievements.

“I’m proud to have the ability to be a strong performer in my chosen career but also be able to be very involved with my family, whether it be leading Girl Scouts or helping coach Little League,” she said.

Her favorite Chester County restaurant is The Whip Tavern in Coatesville.

Lindeman and the rest of the 2023 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration on Thursday, May 18 at Penn State Great Valley.
