The crime became national news, and now it will be covered in detail on the show.

Six years after a horrific tragedy garnered national attention toward nearby Bucks County, a major network will be making a series on the events. Michele Haddon wrote about the series for the Bucks County Courier Times.

Back in early July of 2017, authorities found the bodies of Jimi Taro Patrick, Dean Finocchiaro, Mark Sturgis, and Thomas Meo after they had been murdered by Bensalem residents Cosmo DiNardo and Tim Kratz.

The tragedy sent a shockwave through the nation; a small town in rural Pennsylvania was the sight of a gruesome murder, and now the residents and families were left to deal with the aftermath.

After the story made its way through the country, many saw the details and what went into the crimes. To many, it was the stuff of a crime fiction novel, something no one thought could happen in reality.

Now, producers at A&E are working on a series documenting the events that surrounded the tragedy. The channel’s series, City Confidential, will cover the events.
