Wayne-Based Consulting, Brokerage Firm Acquired by Camden’s Conner Strong & Buckelew

Armstrong Doyle & Carroll, a Wayne employee benefits consulting and brokerage firm, has been acquired by Camden-based Conner Strong & Buckelew, writes Jeff Blumenthal for the Philadelphia Business Journal

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

This will help the South Jersey insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm beef up its employee benefits businesses. 

Armstrong Doyle focuses on unique benefit plan products and services, including managing a benefits insurance program for private schools and colleges throughout Pennsylvania. 

Following a brief transition period, Armstrong Doyle will begin operating under Conner Strong’s brand. 

“Joining Conner Strong & Buckelew will enhance and deepen our resources so we can continue to meet the needs of our clients,” said Armstrong Doyle & Carroll CEO John Doyle.
