Many local restaurants that have opened their patios for outdoor dining during summer months are happy to welcome leashed pets and even offer special pet menus so that both you and your pooch can fully enjoy your dining out experience, writes Gina Mullen for County Lines Magazine

One such restaurant is Appetites on Main, a dog-friendly sports bar and grill in Exton. Its outside patio is perfect for your furry friend and they even have a doggie menu with treats such as Italian sausage.

The Creamery in Kennett Square is a pop-up beer and community gathering space that prides itself on being family-friendly, which includes your doggo.

Meanwhile, Phoenixville’s Fitzwater Station offers dining with a view and the Yappy Hour menu with dog-sized snacks.
