Oxford natives Collin and Annie Dawkins, the owners of Sunday’s Best Bloody Mary Mix, won a platinum medal at the fifth annual Drunken Tomato Awards, an international competition to find the most superior Bloody Mary, writes Steven Hoffman for the Chester County Press.

The award-winning product was tested by a panel of professional Bloody Mary judges, with one commenting that it was “one of my favorites so far; it is so unique but perfectly balanced with fresh tomatoes and spice.”

The husband and wife, who met as 10th-graders at Oxford High School, launched Sunday’s Best in May 2020. They left their full-time jobs to focus on growing the company.

The business is headquartered in Lancaster County, where the couple works with nearby restaurants, bars, shops, and breweries.

“We started this company two years ago because we thought we made the best Bloody Mary in the world,” said Collin. “It’s awesome to get this kind of validation.”
