Chief Human Resources Officer (West Chester) 

This position will participate in strategic planning for the organization, oversee talent management, including staff and leadership training, and oversee compensation and benefits programs.  

An ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with seven years of HR experience and be proficient in all standard business software, with Dayforce HRIS experience preferred. Additionally, a candidate should be detail-oriented, independent, and have a positive, professional attitude.

Childcare Director (Lionville) 

This position will manage the childcare program to ensure that programs and services meet community needs, recruit staff and volunteer teams, and organize Y activities like special events and committees. 

An ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a childcare-related field with two years of experience and be able to direct programs through the supervision of staff. Additionally, a YMCA Team Leader certification is preferred.

Evening/Weekend Membership Coordinator (Berwyn) 

This position will hire, train, and supervise staff and volunteers; organize activities; maintain a clean environment; and promote YMCA programs. This position also must maintain schedules and records, as well as communicate effectively with participants and parents. 

An ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, but a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have teaching and organizational skills, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in membership.
