Circulation Manager at Henrietta Hankin Library (Chester Springs) 

This position will manage the operations of the Circulation Department, including supervising staff, developing and implementing procedures, monitoring library materials, and answering borrower questions.  

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree; excellent communication and organizational skills; and criminal and child abuse background certifications.

Homeless Coordinator (Westtown) 

This position will assist in coordinating and collaborating with the Chester County Partnership to End Homelessness (CCPEH) to provide community outreach, lead, coordinate and support a board of people with lived homelessness experience, and also analyze and report progress to the CCPEH administrator. 

An ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in a nonprofit sector, preferably homelessness. Candidates should be detail-oriented and have project management and motivational skills. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.

Deputy Director for 911 Operations (Westtown) 

This position will oversee all aspects of 911 operations, be available 24/7 for emergencies, and ensure 911 staff is properly trained and equipped. Additionally, this position requires the attendance of trainings and meetings to keep the county up to date on guidelines.  

An ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in management and 911 operations. He/she should have a Telecommunicator certification, as well as NENA, ENP certifications. The person should have the ability to work in a team and be able to handle confidential information.
