2022 VISTA Millennial Superstars: Carlie Connor

By

Carlie Connor, who grew up in Oxford, is a Business Analyst for The Tri-M Group, a Kennett Square-based company that specializes in the design, installation, and service of electrical construction.

Connor, who began working as a dance teacher when she was 13 years old, earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. She credits Amanda Novak, the Vice President of Human Resources at The Tri-M Group and a member of the inaugural class of VISTA Millennial Superstars, as having the biggest impact on her career.

“Amanda has been an amazing guide and has provided me so much support throughout my career,” said Connor.

Her proudest professional achievement is earning an MBA, which has helped her in her current position.

“I provide insight on helping guide businesses to improve processes, products, services, and software through data analysis,” said Connor. “It’s very rewarding for me to find creative solutions to implement and see how the results improve the business.”

Connor’s favorite spots in Chester County are Locust Lane Craft Brewery in Malvern and Levante in Chester Springs.

Connor and the rest of the 2022 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration held outdoors on Tuesday, May 10 at Penn State Great Valley. The in-person event will feature food trucks, drinks, touchless registration, a VIP tent, and boundless opportunities to network. It will also be live-streamed.

Sponsors are still being sought. Click here to learn more about the various opportunities available to partner with VISTA Today as it celebrates Chester County’s next generation of leaders.
