Housekeeper – Youth Center

This position is responsible for performing routine housekeeping work, including custodial and maintenance work. He/she is expected to demonstrate the system of care practice model, which maximizes all resources around an individual or family. This system of care includes child- and adult-serving agencies and community partners that join with an individual or family to meet their goals.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to use common-sense understanding to carry out written or verbal instructions. He/she will be accurate and detail-oriented; demonstrate integrity and honesty; easily adapt to changes in the work environment; and have the ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.

Drug & Alcohol Case Management Specialist

This position is responsible for providing case management services to drug and/or alcohol eligible clients, so that a more satisfactory social, economic, emotional or physical living condition can be achieved and a drug/alcohol-free lifestyle can be maintained. This may include providing case management services to specialized populations, including those involved in the Chester County Treatment Court.

The ideal candidate will possess one year as a Drug and Alcohol Case Management Specialist Trainee or one year of direct service experience performing counseling or case management work in an alcohol or other drug treatment setting. He/she will have a bachelor’s degree in chemical dependency, sociology, social welfare, psychology, nursing, or a related field; or a bachelor’s degree that includes or is supplemented by successful completion of 18 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences and one year of direct service experience performing counseling or case management work.

Systems Analyst I

This position is responsible for supporting users of a specific functional application in a responsive and proactive manner. He/she serves as an in-depth expert of the assigned application functionality and works with users to gain maximum benefits of the specific application. Additionally, the person will work within the DCIS integrated System Development Life Cycle Framework for all system analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or functional area(s) of responsibility; two years of system or operational experience in the functional area of responsibility; demonstrable systems analysis and design skills based on samples of work performed; and general understanding of project management methodology.
