Administrative Coordinator (Octorara YMCA)

This position will perform administrative tasks such as inputting data with speed and accuracy pertaining to registrations, billing, and payments; and manage account receivables for a childcare center and large summer camp while delivering high-quality customer service. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a two-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience; a minimum of two years of formal administrative and/or data entry experience; and an understanding of computer systems, including Microsoft Suite, and accounting procedures.

Marketing Systems Administrator

This position will bring the marketing, sales, and customer service process and strategies to life, utilizing the HubSpot platform. This role will implement, execute, and iterate on HubSpot programs to generate leads and engage and retain members and customers in support of revenue targets.  

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, technical, marketing, or analytical field; three-plus years of professional experience in HubSpot; and preferably HubSpot certification(s).

Associate Executive Director (West Chester Area YMCA)

Under the direction of the Executive Director, this position oversees assigned areas of the branch, which may include membership, marketing, programs, wellness, and/or facilities. He/she will participate in volunteer and staff development, financial development, community relations and collaborations with community agencies; and will provide leadership to committee(s) and to the advisory board.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; at least seven years of program management experience, preferably at a YMCA; and five or more years of management experience, preferably at a YMCA or other not-for-profit agency.
