The Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry represents a diverse and vibrant business community and is uniquely positioned in southeastern Pennsylvania, which is an integral part of the Commonwealth’s and the nation’s economic engine. Marketing & Communications Manager

This position is responsible for developing and managing all internal and external communications between the chamber, its membership, and the community. A top priority is to establish a daily presence on all social media, as well as in all other media, to support efforts to recruit and retain members. He/she works collaboratively with all staff to keep membership informed of activities and developments of the organization and effectively promotes the organization to the local business community and media.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Hootsuite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Constant Contact, etc. (creating posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.); have the ability to analyze data/metrics and apply them appropriately; have skill in creating engaging, appropriate content; and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and other design software packages.
