West Chester-based LifeBrand, which already has partnerships with the Eagles and Phillies, has formed a multi-year partnership with the 76ers, writes John George for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The Sixers are the first NBA franchise to partner with the tech company, which uses artificial intelligence to swiftly detect potentially harmful social media content for its clients.

According to the deal, all employees of the Sixers and its G League affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats, will get access to LifeBrand’s products and platform. Meanwhile, the tech company will receive branding exposure at 76ers events for fans and ticket holders — as well as on the team’s social media and digital platforms. Arena signage at home games is also included in the deal.

The West Chester company, led by founder and CEO T.J. Colaiezzi, will also be a presenting partner of the team’s new digital series “Pin, Retweet, or Delete.” According to the 76ers, the show “casts a playful, reflective light on the importance of social media awareness and its lasting impact.”
