Philadelphia magazine’s list of 76 most influential people includes three Chester Countians. The magazine’s compilation highlights movers and shakers that have influenced the past year but will assuredly shape our future.

Berwyn native Brad Ingelsby ranked No. 27.

The screenwriter and producer is the creator of Mare of Easttown, the explosive HBO miniseries that captivated audiences across the country and beyond. Among other cultural influences, the show introduced the nation to the delicious food offerings at Wawa and the distinct Delco accent.

Tim Buckley, CEO of Malvern-based Vanguard, is next at No. 37.

The investment giant led by Buckley recently acquired Just Invest, an asset manager that offers significantly more client customization than the company’s previous offerings. Buckley was also named to the board of governors for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Willistown Township resident M. Night Shyamalan is No. 49.

This world-famous filmmaker has shot 11 of his 13 movies in Philadelphia, along with his hit series Servant, which is soon heading to a third season.
