Assistant Clinical Instructor, Certified Nurse Assistant Training Program

This position will assist the Primary Instructor in teaching individuals to perform competently in the delivery of safe and effective resident care. He/she will assist the Primary Instructor in classroom theory, lab skills training, and at the clinical site and will contribute to ensuring the integrity of the facility and program. The person will instruct, supervise, and evaluate students in the classroom and clinical areas and teach up to 49 percent of the program.

The ideal candidate will be an LPN with a current Pennsylvania license and have at least two years of long-term care experience, preferably in a leadership position.

Evening ESL Instructor (Position has been filled)

This position will provide instruction in reading, writing, speaking, pronunciation, and grammar to adult students who wish to improve their command and use of the English language. He/she will utilize a curriculum chosen by the Director of Education and will complement the use of this curriculum with other resources that may include materials obtained from the OIC office, library, or online sources. The person will create and maintain weekly lesson plans based on students’ individual learning plans. These are based on student assessment and goal-setting completed prior to the start of class.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a multi-educational-level class.
