For the third consecutive year, First Resource Bank has been designated one of the Best Places to Work in the region by The Philadelphia Business Journal.

The publication partnered with Quantum Workplace to identify Greater Philadelphia’s Best Places to Work, and this year’s list includes 66 companies from around the region.

Employees from each company were asked to complete Quantum’s online survey, and responses from each completed survey were compiled and evaluated. The survey measures each company’s culture and takes into consideration compensation, benefits, and trust in senior leadership.

In a year marked with unprecedented challenges, First Resource Bank maintained its level of employee satisfaction and credited its continued success to the efforts of its team members.

“This honor is a reflection of our exceptional team who has placed a vital role in shaping how we operate,” said First Resource Bank CEO Glenn Marshall. “Their voluntary participation in this program has provided us with valuable feedback, helping us to cultivate an atmosphere that is inclusive, empowering, and rewarding. I am continually impressed by their dedication and applaud them for their efforts.”

Based upon feedback from the prior year’s survey, the bank recently implemented an employee mentorship program that provides interested employees the opportunity to expand and strengthen their skill sets.

“The mentor program is a great way for us to further understand the needs of the employee base and keep refining how we work to meet our employees’ professional goals,” said First Resource Bank President and CFO Lauren Ranalli.
