Entry Level Sales Associate/New Business Development

This position finds creative ways to increase revenue; develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers; works closely with an already-established marketing/IT group to form strategic plans to increase sales opportunities; and identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods, including networking, warm leads, and cold calling/mail campaigns/e-mail blasts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and sales and negotiation skills; hunger for growth potential; a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients; and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites or related software.

Mechanical Assembler

This position reads, interprets, and follows basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble machinery; utilizes hand-held tools to assemble equipment; troubleshoots various issues that arise with machines; and reworks and/or repairs assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics and to follow instructions, both verbal and written; be detail-oriented and consistent; work well independently and as a productive member of a team; and the ability to maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.

Electrical Panel Assembler

This position will assemble and wire electrical control panels using point-to-point wiring using schematics; work with both low voltage and high voltage; be responsible for equipment wiring, assist in equipment checkout and troubleshooting per electrical schematics; lay out panels using drawings supplied by engineering; and perform evaluations of electrical assemblies for continuity, current, functionality, and voltage.

The ideal candidate will be able to read and understand schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and component layouts; follow instructions, both verbal and written; use basic hand tools (drills, wire cutter, wire stripper, etc.); and understand Branch Circuit, VFD and Servo Wiring Practice, and proper grounding and separation of high and low voltage.

Field Service Technician

This position will work closely with customers and employees when new machinery arrives at their plant or an existing machine is having issues; spend 40-60 percent of their time traveling to customer facilities, both nationally and internationally; provide service and customer support during field visits; manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and training; and diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of all All-Fill’s product offerings and proper product-handling experience; be well-versed with customer relations; have the mechanical and technical knowledge to be able to work on high-end industrial packaging equipment; and the ability to travel to customer’s facilities all over the world.
