With scores of people still stuck at home, now is the ideal time to expand your board game collection by shopping at one of the best board game shops in the region, The Games Keep in West Chester, writes Nick Vadala for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Board games have proven to be the perfect time-killer during the pandemic, with major manufacturers Hasbro and Mattel, makers of Monopoly and Uno, reporting a huge increase in sales.

More-involved games are also seeing a resurgence, including Dungeons & Dragons, which saw a 35 percent rise in revenue last year.

The Games Keep, located on East Gay Street, has something to offer everyone. The shop opened in 2005 and has long been considered one of the go-to tabletop gaming shops in the Philadelphia region.

The store carries a massive selection of games that consists of 3,000 titles and includes everything from board and card games to RPGs and miniature-based games. Associated accessories and supplies are also available.

The store currently offers in-store browsing and curbside pickup.
