Éclat Chocolate in West Chester is run by master chocolatier Chris Curtin, who spent decades training with top chocolatiers from around the world before opening his own local business.

Now, the shop produces some of the best chocolates in the entire region, using single-origin, small-batch beans from Peru, along with some of the finest European couverture. The delicious chocolates can also be found at spots in the city such as Di Bruno Bros. and Riverwards Produce.

Meanwhile, pastry chef Marqessa Gesualdi, who took over Aux Petits Delices in Wayne from longtime owners Patrick and Nina Gauthron four years ago, still serves the same quality, French-style sweets at the popular bakery. These include tasty handmade chocolates in unique flavors such as Earl Grey, passionfruit, pear, and chai.
