Russ Daniels, who grew up in Reading, is the Director of Product Marketing at Cox Automotive, where he supports the company’s HomeNet and vAuto brands.

Daniels, who began working as a paperboy as a 12-year-old, earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from West Chester University. He credits the leadership team at HomeNet with having the biggest impact on his career.

“I was in the room with the leadership team at an early point in my career, so I learned a lot on the job, quickly,” said Daniels. “Their willingness to invest in my growth, combined with the trust they had in me, helped shape where I am today.”

His proudest professional achievements are launching new product lines and rebranding companies while working at Cox Automotive.

“We rebranded HomeNet in 2018 and acquired, rebranded, and launched a new product line, iRecon, under vAuto in 2019,” said Daniels. “It was exciting to see all the hard work positively received in the marketplace. Additionally, seeing the marketers on my team grow as a result of the efforts made me even more proud.”

His favorite Chester County restaurant is Andiario in West Chester.

“There are so many great options to choose from, which is one of the reasons I love Chester County,” said Daniels, “but my wife Loran and I love Andiario.”
