Drug & Alcohol Case Management Specialist

This position conducts and/or reviews client intakes and assessments to approve and/or facilitate appropriate treatment; provides and/or ensures development of service and treatment plans; and monitors treatment progress while routinely assessing appropriateness of treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, criminal justice, or a related discipline; one year of experience as a drug and alcohol case management specialist trainee; or one year of direct service experience performing counseling or case management work.

Financial Coordinator

This position oversees the development, preparation, review, and submission process of the annual departments’ capital and operating budgets; provides budget projections and makes available to staff on a consistent basis; and develops written department fiscal policy and procedure.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, business, or a related discipline; six years of related work experience; strong accounting knowledge and analytical, problem-solving, and supervisory skills; and strong understanding of fiscal planning.

Switchboard/Mailroom Clerk

This position provides efficient and courteous communication while in charge of the switchboard; sorts and distributes U.S. and interoffice mail in a timely fashion to staff and residents; completes and logs certified mail receipts; and transcribes and distributes accurate telephone messages.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and six months to one year of switchboard operator excellence; the ability to use or learn how to use computerized equipment; experience with postal and mail services; and strong customer service skills.
