Fox Rothschild’s Ronald Williams Appointed Co-Chair of ABA Construction Litigation Committee

Ronald L. Williams, the Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild’s Construction Group, has been appointed to serve as Co-Chair of the Construction Litigation Committee for the American Bar Association Litigation Section.

He will serve in the role for the 2020-2021 term.

Williams will work with Committee and Section leadership to provide members with valuable content on construction litigation topics, as well as coordinate programming for more than 2,100 construction litigators from diverse backgrounds, levels of experience, practices, and geographical areas to promote professional growth and development.

Based in Fox Rothschild’s Exton office, Williams focuses his practice on construction litigation and the negotiation of construction contracts. With more than 25 years of litigation experience, he has established a track record of success in prosecuting and defending construction defect claims against builders and developers, including claims involving structural components, product performance issues, water penetration and mold, and insurance coverage issues.

Williams earned his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown and law degree from Temple.
