Global Sales Senior Finance Analyst

This position supports the finance business partners in providing monthly management reporting packs; supports the annual budget and monthly forecast process with required analysis and trends; and analyzes financial data and develops financial models and articulates the impact on business.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of professional experience in a comparable role; prior experience supporting a sales organization in a financial capacity at a SAAS or tech company; and a background in technology, sales, business, or a related field.

Counsel

This position designs, develops, drafts, and negotiates SAAS agreements, policies, and procedures; negotiates OEM partner and alliance agreements; assists the e-commerce team with designing and drafting agreements; and assists with other transactional work, including customer agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess a J.D. from a top law school and admission to a state bar; a minimum of three to five years of experience with substantial SAAS and software licensing at a similar company or at a top-tier law firm; and cloud, e-commerce, licensing, and international experience.
