Grants Manager

This position conducts a full range of activities necessary to prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals; manages and updates the grant tracking system and records all grant-related information; and conducts prospect research by evaluating foundations and other grant opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a minimum of three years of demonstrated success in grant and foundation writing, preferably within higher education; and the proven ability to source, write proposals and reports, and work effectively under deadlines.

Systems Functional Analyst

This position helps maintain the day-to-day processing in the Ellucian Banner system; oversees the design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of software and reports; and collaborates with core team administrators to provide training to university staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, computer science, or a related discipline; two to five years of experience with Ellucian Banner, working specifically in financial aid; and working knowledge of higher education financial aid and billing functions.

Esports Head Coach

This position is a member of the Athletics Department and is responsible for all aspects of the Esports programs. He/she assists in public promotion of the program; identifies and engages potential gamers; and provides technical expertise in the fundamentals of the sport, instructing student-athletes in the basics as well as advanced strategies. The person supervises all Esports practices and program events and functions; identifies which game titles should be pursued by the Esports program and ensures these pursuits align with the mission and vision of the institution; and ensures program compliance with all league, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; a minimum of two years of experience in competitive video gaming involving multiplayer online video games with team-based elements; and expert knowledge of current conference selected games.
