These are challenging times, and our primary concern is to stop the spread of COVID-19.

We have farmers with food, and we are trying to create the safest way to get that food to you, our loyal customers. Our traditional farmers’-market setup is too risky. Last week, markets were overwhelmed with shoppers and long lines, much like the grocery stores. With the most recent guidelines to limit crowd size, we do not feel it is in the best interest of our farmers and producers, as well as our shoppers, to continue with our traditional market practices.

Market This Week

This week, we will implement a pre-order/pre-pay pickup farmers’ market. We’re introducing this setup in Eagleview, starting with just one farmer this week, Lindenhof Farm. They will have meat and eggs. If our trial is successful, we will consider adding more producers and more market dates.

We know this is going to feel very impersonal, but we are just trying to keep everyone safe. After all, we’re planning for an amazing spring market! We want to keep everyone healthy – we’ve got our eye on the prize.
