Childcare Director (Upper Main Line)
This position oversees the daily operation and management of the Childcare Early Learning Center and Kinder Camp; ensures compliance with all Department of Human Services regulations and STAR level requirements; and manages curriculum design and budget management.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, education, or a related discipline; two years of direct supervisory experience; experience in childcare administration or child/youth programming; and experience working in a YMCA childcare department.

Senior Aquatics & Wellness Director (Upper Main Line)
This position ensures that the aquatics experience is safe and fun for members and program participants; leads Y-Progressive swim lessons, private lessons, water safety, and community outreach; and assists with hiring and utilizes recruiting strategies to staff the aquatics and wellness teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a minimum of three years of aquatics and wellness management experience; a minimum of three years of YMCA director-level experience; and proven skills in staff leadership and supervision and safety and risk management.

Membership Sales Director (Kennett)
This position develops, implements, and manages operating plans and delivery to promote membership growth; assists in developing and controlling department budgets as needed; hires, trains, and supervises part-time and full-time staff; and facilitates communication and provides staff leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a minimum of two years of YMCA experience or related experience in another organization; knowledge of, and experience with, diverse populations; and the ability to supervise volunteers and staff.
