What does 2020 hold for local businesses who need loans to start, grow or expand?

Seedcopa is an affiliate of CCEDC that structures loan packages for local businesses so they can take advantage of below-market interest rates, lower down payments and longer repayment terms. Managing Director Sherwood Robbins reports a significant increase in loan activity as 2020 kicks off, with local businesses displaying strong economic confidence despite an increase in new labor costs.

The first month of the new year continues a trend of low interest rates for SBA 504 loans, with the 25-year rate at 3.71%, which is well below historic lows.
