Hankin Group, the Exton-based developer of distinctive commercial, residential, and retail properties, has announced that Keva Flats has been awarded LEED Gold.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is the most widely used green building rating system in the world and an international symbol of excellence.

Keva Flats – Hankin Group’s newest luxury apartment community located in Exton – consists of five buildings, which include 242 apartment units and amenity spaces.

The certification speaks to Hankin Group’s continued commitment to sustainability.

Hankin’s Lance Hillegas, the Vice President of Sustainable Development and Design, and Laura Maiale, the Development and Sustainability Manager, were instrumental in the certification of Keva Flats.
