Director of Student Accounts

This position supervises and evaluates all Student Accounts representatives and the College Cashier, including student employees; devises and delivers proficiency training and customer service training; oversees the processing of financial aid funds; and prepares student withdrawal calculations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related discipline; five years of successful student service experience; strong supervisory skills; and self-motivation and the ability to assess personnel resources effectively based on the situation.

Financial Aid Counselor

This position communicates with applicants to gather information necessary for the completion of financial aid packaging; provides overviews of financial aid programs available to qualifying students; and determines financial aid eligibility and develops financing plans for students.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of work experience in a financial aid office; prior experience with needs analysis, verification, packaging, and the PHEAA State Grant program; and strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
