Exton Region Chamber of Commerce Present Three Awards at Annual Review Luncheon

ERCCFIXED Vista Today CHester COunty Business NewsThe Exton Region Chamber of Commerce recently hosted its 2020 Annual Review Luncheon, presented by Miller’s Insurance, at the Downingtown Country Club.

ERCC President Laurie Ryan shared the chamber’s successes over the past year and expressed excitement for the way it’s poised to meet the needs of growth in the region. She also thanked the hard-working members of the chamber who support its mission.

Three awards were presented during the luncheon.

Former Chester County Commissioner Kathi Cozzone was awarded the Senator Robert S. Thompson Public Service Award for her distinguished service to all, or a portion of, the Exton region. Former Chester County Commissioner Terence Farrell, who won the award in 2015, presented the plaque to his longtime colleague and expressed his admiration for her dedication to residents of Chester County, especially those less fortunate.

Ryan presented the President’s Award to Cassandra Dalmas, Vice President of Agency Marketing at Central Penn Insurance, for her significant contribution to achieving the ERCC’s goals and objectives.

First Resource Bank’s Diana Mattingly, the outgoing Chair of the Board, presented the Chairman’s Award to Bill Friedmann of Blue Dog Printing & Design.

Mattingly also introduced the new Chair of the Board, Frances Shaw of Miller’s Insurance.

Shaw then honored three board members who completed their terms: Lori Zytkowicz, Isaac Thomas, and Robert Nicolini.
