Fox Rothschild attorney Edward J. Cyran represented Marquis Dental, LLC d/b/a Villanova Dental Group in its acquisition of Joseph R. Greenberg, D.M.D., P.C., a dental practice located in Villanova.

The practice, now owned by Bre Patel, D.D.S., will provide “more office hours, additional emergency coverage, attractive pricing on numerous services, as well as additional dental services, including root canal, sleep apnea and snoring treatments.”

Dr. Greenberg will continue to provide services at the practice.

Based in the firm’s Exton office, Cyran represents clients in corporate ownership and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and a wide range of contractual relationships. He often guides dentists, physicians, veterinarians, and other professionals in acquiring or selling ownership interests in practices and related transactions.
