2020 VISTA Millennial Superstars: Amanda Novak

Kennett Square native Amanda Novak is the Vice President of Human Resources at The Tri-M Group, LLC, a Kennett Square-based company that provides businesses with electrical and facility solutions. Its services include engineering, design, installation and implementation of state-of-the-art lighting systems, power systems, and automated temperature control systems.

Novak is a graduate of West Chester University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management, as well as her master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She has been with The Tri-M Group since August 2007 and credits James Horn, the company’s CEO and President, as having the biggest impact on her career.

“My proudest professional accomplishment has been leading and developing my team members and providing support and direction to ensure they accomplish all their professional aspirations,” said Novak, who began working as a 15-year-old in food service at Kendal/Crosslands Communities.

Her favorite Chester County restaurant is Antica in Chadds Ford.
