Director, Infrastructure Engineering
This position hires, evaluates, and provides guidance, training, and motivation for staff; develops and establishes IT infrastructure standards and procedures; leads the analysis, design, and deployment of IT software and hardware systems; and helps develop standards for infrastructure technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a minimum of 10 years of experience designing/supporting IT systems, including five years of management experience; and strong relationship management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Mid-Level Software Developer
This position designs front-end and back-end solutions for test-driven development; builds Angular web applications and restful micro-services using Java hosted on the AWS cloud; and works on continuous delivery pipeline using Bamboo and runs automated tests using Junit, Protractor, Jasmine, and Selenium.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and a minimum of three years of relevant experience; good written and oral communication skills; and good analysis and problem-solving skills.

Content Manager, Participant Education
This position oversees the process for the creation, maintenance, and retirement of all foundational participant experience marketing and communications; develops long-term strategic plans for the content management team; and sets performance standards and reviews staff performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree and a minimum of five years of related work experience, including management experience; strong planning and problem-solving skills; and strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and motivation skills.
