Case Manager

This position communicates patient needs to medical staff, nursing staff, and the case management team as appropriate; participates in daily discharge rapid rounds with the multidisciplinary team; and interviews patients and their families to assess aftercare options.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of acute clinical experience and past experience in a leadership role; prior utilization management and/or discharge planning; knowledge of Inter Qual Acute Care Criteria; and an understanding of the complexity of the healthcare system.

Chef

This position performs duties related to the production and assembly of hot and cold foods for patients and cafeteria guests; promotes and demonstrates a positive team environment within the nutrition services department; and performs daily sanitation and cleaning of workstations.

The ideal candidate will possess a culinary degree and a minimum of one year of food production experience in a healthcare institution; the ability to follow strict recipe compliance, quality, and food-handling standards; and the ability to produce attractive, high-quality, and consistent food.

Pharmacy Technician

This position accurately enters outpatient prescriptions in the computer system; fills prescriptions accurately under the supervision of the pharmacist; maintains appropriate inventory and enters wholesaler orders daily; and completes the monthly controlled substance inventory.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and physician assistant certification; experience in a retail setting; and a keen eye for detail.
