Hankin’s award-winning portfolio continues to expand.

The Exton-based developer of distinctive commercial, residential, and retail properties has acquired its first property in West Chester Borough: Market Street Flats, formerly known as 124 Market Place.

Market Street Flats consists of 88 apartments and four retail shops. Residents who live there will also have access to the amenities at Hankin’s well-established New Kent Apartments, which are located just outside the borough.

Over the next two years, Hankin Apartments will further expand its portfolio with the additions of:

• Eagleview Landing, a senior living community in Exton
• Weatherstone Apartments in Chester Springs
• River Station in Downingtown
