First Priority Bank Introduces South East Business Development Advisory Board

First Priority Bank, a division of Mid Penn Bank, has announced the members of its newly formed South East Business Development Advisory Board.

This group of business and community leaders will provide insight into the bank’s strategic direction and business development in Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery counties. The business development advisory board members are:

  • Kimberly Brumbaugh, Founder and CEO of Brumbaugh Wealth Management, LLC
  • Akshaye Dhawan, Associate Professor at Ursinus College
  • Joel Frank, Chairman and Managing Partner of Lamb McErlane
  • Patrick Hayakawa, Vice President of Innovation and Emerging Technologies at Chester County Economic Development Council
  • Matthew Holliday, Prothonotary of Chester County
  • Steven Lupin, Managing Partner of Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin
  • Alan Novak, President of Novak Strategic Advisors
  • Elizabeth Preate Havey, Partner at Dilworth Paxson
  • David Sparks, Director of Mid Penn Bancorp
  • Michael Wade, Owner and President of Knights Abstract
