Local Provider of Educational Services Offers Innovative Training on Important Workplace Issues

Back to Basics Learning Dynamics, a locally based provider of comprehensive educational and tutoring services, has reached a reseller agreement with Traliant, a provider of award-winning sexual harassment training.

Under the agreement, Back to Basics will be offering Traliant’s Preventing Discrimination & Harassment Training Suite to businesses and organizations looking for online harassment prevention training that is interactive, relevant to their workforce, and up to date with federal and state laws.

In the wake of #MeToo and #TimesUp, a growing number of states have passed laws mandating sexual harassment training for all employees and managers. Traliant, which is based in California, offers state-specific harassment-prevention training, as well as editions tailored for offices, hotels, restaurants, healthcare, retail, and industrial/manufacturing environments.
