This position maintains accurate master data and uploading relevant documents to their customer records; verifies that sales reps and partners have secured all necessary approvals before placing orders; and reviews and processes new and add-on software purchases.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline and one to two years of experience; the ability to learn new systems quickly and guide/teach others; experience with a sales organization or software company; and Salesforce.com or NetSuite knowledge.

Global Programs Marketing Specialist

This position project manages paid social promotions from packaging through to results; consults with content teams on approaches for A/B testing strategies and social best practices; and helps coordinate and package materials for media agency to ensure successful promotional launch.
