Relief Supervisor

This position provides excellent customer service and dining experience for residents; builds good relationships with residents, dining room employees, and guests; supervises student staff at dinner service; and trains staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in fine dining, hosting, and staff training and management; experience as a server, host/hostess, or bartender in a country club or retirement community dining room; and a high-energy, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal communication skills.

Lead RNAC

This position conducts and coordinates the development and accurate completion of the resident assessment and care planning process; helps ensure that all documentation in the clinical record meets applicable guidelines; and schedules care plan conferences as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of RNAC experience in a CCRC setting; superb clinical and administrative skills with a detailed-oriented approach to completing tasks; and working knowledge of Point Click Care and Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.

LPN

This position provides excellent resident care according to individual plans of care; helps provide a safe environment for each resident; assists residents as needed; and complies with all documentation and record-keeping requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess LPN licensure in Pennsylvania and current CPR certification and a minimum of two years of experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Personal Care, and Dementia Care.
