RE/MAX’s Michael Diggin Breaks Down Chester County’s Real Estate Market After First Quarter

By

In this video, Michael Diggin of RE/MAX Town & Country in West Chester provides a brief update on the real estate market in Chester County through the end of the first quarter of 2019.

Chester County saw a 10.9 percent decrease in settlements through the first quarter of 2019, compared to the same quarter last year, but a rebound seems to be taking place as the pending sales are up 3.8 percent compared to the same time in 2018.

“I think that the outlook is very strong for the market in 2019,” Diggin said. “We’re still in a seller’s market, although it’s become a little more balanced than maybe what we saw at this time last year.”
