Stewardship Officer

This position manages a portfolio of targeted alumni givers for annual Forge Fund gifts; works to increase the number of recurring monthly and multiple-year gift commitments; and coordinates and grows endowed funds and restricted gifts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or communications; a minimum of five years of fundraising experience and leadership; fundraising experience in an education setting; and strong familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

TAC Officer

This position oversees the daily operations, training, discipline, leadership development, management, and supervision of an assigned cadet unit; develops both team and personal relationships with cadets; and assists with the Academy’s training management and professional development.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in the social sciences or equivalent; previous senior military or law enforcement experience with company command experience; previous experience working with adolescent boys and young, college-aged adults.

Academy Math Teacher

This position instructs high school students using various pedagogical methods; prepares course objectives and outlines of study following curriculum guidelines and Academy requirements; assigns lessons and assesses student progress; and enables students to succeed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, Pennsylvania teaching certificate, and certification in the subject area; a minimum of three years of experience teaching high school mathematics; and proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook.
