The Wellington Square Bookshop in the Eagleview Town Center will host acclaimed sportswriter Rick Reilly on Thursday, April 4 from 7-9 PM.

Reilly, a former feature writer and back-page columnist at Sports Illustrated for 22 years, has been voted the National Sportswriter of the Year 11 times and has been lauded as “the closest thing sportswriting ever had to a rock star.”

He will be at the Wellington Square Bookshop to promote his hilarious new book, Commander in Cheat: How Golf Explains Trump. He will give a brief presentation, conduct a Q&A with the audience, and sign books.

According to the book’s description on its dust jacket, “Reilly has been with Trump on the fairway, the green, and in the weeds, and has seen first-hand how the president golfs, which isn’t pretty.”

Reilly also interviewed dozens of golf pros, amateurs, developers, partners, opponents, and even caddies who have first-hand experience with Trump on the course.
