Max O’Keefe, an attorney at the West Chester-based law firm, was instrumental in assisting with the relocation of the Chester County Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) headquarters from West Chester to Coatesville.

O’Keefe obtained variance relief from the Coatesville Zoning Hearing Board, as well as conditional use relief from the Coatesville City Council on behalf of the OIC to facilitate the relocation. OIC was awarded a HUD grant to purchase the former location of the Coatesville Senior Center this past year and plans to renovate the space to accommodate all of its programs.

O’Keefe serves as a member of the OIC’s board. At Lamb McErlane, he is a senior associate in the litigation and municipal practice groups. He handles a wide variety of municipal, land use, property tax, administrative, and environmental law matters, and advises townships, boroughs, school districts, and municipal authorities, as well as corporations and individuals.
