Wellness Wednesday: Coffee is the Best Part of Waking Up

Can we all agree the best part of waking up…is coffee?

Coffee is one of the most popular beverages across the world and for good reason.  The aroma, the flavor, the warmth, it is the best way to start the day.  I used to depend on coffee for the caffeine but now that I have natural energy, I simply enjoy it.

The Cuisinart SS-10 Premium Single-Serve Coffeemaker is available on Amazon.

Somewhere along the way, coffee got a bad wrap.  But there are many health benefits to your morning cup of Joe. As long as you are not filling it with artificial creamers and sweeteners, enjoy it!

Over the last decade, I have tried my fair share of at home coffee makers and coffee beans. For the last year, I have been using these two together and I absolutely love them.

There are so many cool and fancy coffee makers but I really like the options of the Cuisinart Premium Single Serve. You can adjust the cup size, temperature and it is very user-friendly.  It is compatible with the K pods but it also comes with an insert to add your own.

I personally love the premium Isagenix Coffee.  This slow roasted coffee is carefully ground using cool-grind technology to capture every delicate component. The coffee is then rigorously tested for pesticides, heavy metals, and toxins to ensure maximum flavor and safety.  It is infused with green tea extract, trace minerals, and coconut oil.

If you are reading this article as you sip your cup of morning coffee, or while you enjoy a mid-afternoon cup of coffee, Cheers!
