The Small Business Administration is not processing loans during the government shutdown but Seedcopa is still open!  An affiliate of the Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC), Seedcopa continues to prepare loan applications for business owners who want to take advantage of the lowest interest rates seen in years.
