The Exton office of Fox Rothschild LLP turned its attention to the community this holiday season in support of David’s Drive 831, a nonprofit that provides homeless and hospitalized veterans in the area with essential items.

Throughout the holiday season, the office collected and donated more than 600 items, including snacks, books, games, toiletries, and socks.

The month-long campaign was organized by Theresa Ivanowicz, Sheila Johnson, Emily Flyntz, Irma Mrkanovic, Sharon Aberle, Jena Chernesky, Rebecca Hudson, and Lindsey Groff.

Fox’s Exton office has a longstanding history of giving back to the community and regularly hosts events, campaigns, and drives to benefit a variety of local and national charities.

David’s Drive 831 was created in memory of David Turner Jr., who died suddenly at the age of 20 of a suspected heart arrhythmia. He had worked at the Coatesville VA Medical Center and had a tremendous respect for the veterans he served; many were homeless, in early recovery, and came to the hospital without essentials. Turner Jr. had a vision to provide these veterans with these items.
