Fox Rothschild associate Jacqueline Motyl has received the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce Chairman’s Award for her exemplary leadership and service as a member of the board in 2018.

As a member of the board, Motyl works with the chamber to improve the economic environment of the community and advocate for sound public policy.

Within the chamber, Motyl is a member of the Nonprofit Council, which works to facilitate collaboration among nonprofits and local businesses, as well as to educate local nonprofits on important issues that affect them. Motyl also serves as a member of the chamber’s Young Professionals Network, which connects young professionals to a larger network of peers and established community members.

At Fox Rothschild, Motyl’s practice centers on taxation and wealth planning, with a focus on nonprofit tax issues and individual charitable gift planning. She regularly advises clients on nonprofit best practices, organizational compliance issues, and the best ways for donors to maximize the impact of their charitable contributions.

Motyl earned her J.D. from Penn State, her L.L.M. in Taxation from Villanova, and her B.A. from Boston University.
