Mattingly, a Parkesburg resident who joined the chamber in 2007, has served on its Board of Directors for the last six years.

“The Exton Region Chamber of Commerce is such a great organization and one that has helped me develop so much, personally and professionally, that I wanted to give back,” she said. “I just love the chamber. It has helped me immeasurably in my career.”

The chamber’s mission is to advance the economic success of its members and the community by providing opportunities for businesses to build relationships, market their business, share industry knowledge, and provide community outreach.

“For more than 10 years, Diana Mattingly has been a passionate and active member of the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce,” said Laurie Kerkering, the chamber’s president. “Diana’s leadership and enthusiasm are just what the chamber needs for continued growth and increased member value as we approach our 50th anniversary in 2022. Her commitment to providing more educational and networking opportunities for chamber members is evident and her energy is infectious. I couldn’t be more thrilled and excited to work with her and the 2019 Board of Directors.”

Mattingly has 19 years of experience in the banking industry, where she was initially promoted to management level in 2007.

“Diana is a tireless advocate for the Exton Region Chamber members and small businesses in Chester County,” said Glenn Marshall, CEO of First Resource Bank. “First Resource Bank has been extremely supportive of her efforts with the chamber over the years as she has built up to this role as Chair. Diana is high energy in everything she does for both the bank and the chamber.”
