Students of the Technical College High School are prepared for the challenges of employment and are job-ready from the day they graduate.

As a result, businesses in the Delaware Valley – particularly ones with positions to fill – are encouraged to participate in TCHS Brandywine’s 2019 Career and Training Fair on Thursday, March 7. The fair brings together potential employers and TCHS students for a series of interviews, professional portfolio reviews, and networking opportunities.

And the outcome is beneficial for both parties.

The Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce, Exton Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce are all sponsoring this year’s event.

More than 150 employers are expected to be represented at the Career and Training Fair, which has grown exponentially since its launch in 2016.

Participating companies will have the opportunity to meet 1,000 seniors who are graduating from related industry programs.

Some of the participating companies already include:

  • Brandywine Valley Heating & Air Conditioning
  • Brandywine Hospital
  • YMCA of Greater Brandywine
  • Fulton Financial Corporation
  • Barclay Friends
  • Main Line Health
  • Immaculata University
  • Urban Outfitters
  • Allied Universal
