Brand Manager

This position develops winning strategic positioning for a variety of drink brands; manages a portfolio by ensuring each product has clear strategic and growth rationales and delivers on financial targets; and develops marketing specifications for R&D on all new products.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minimum of eight years of progressive marketing experience; brand management experience; and experience both with a leading CPG company and experience outside CPG in an innovative, fast-paced business.

Machine Operator

This position coordinates with operators from previous shift to determine production run and machine performance; operates packaging line at optimal levels, including monitoring scrap levels; and performs established clean-down and changeover standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a two-year technical degree and an understanding of mechanical machine operation utilizing quality monitoring and corrective action; strong problem identification and problem-solving skills; and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Operations Engineer

This position leads the commissioning and handover processes between the R&D and Supply departments; identifies and establishes standard running conditions to improve safety, quality, and conversion costs; and develops operational solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and a minimum of six years of engineering experience; knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology; and previous R&D process development or CI Engineering experience.
